CONDITIONS OF THE OFFER

Who can participate?

You can participate in the offer if, on 24 November 2024, you are an employee of a Thales entity that subscribes to the Group Savings Plan and have worked for said entity for at least 3 months on that date.

How much should I subscribe?

  • The minimum payment must correspond to 1 Thales share;  
  • You need to make sure that the total personal contribution you invest in the Group Savings Plan (PEG) in 2024 does not exceed 25% of your gross annual remuneration. 

How do I subscribe?

  • Click on the “Subscribe” button at
    sharingthales2024.thalesgroup.com.
  • Identify yourself by entering the dedicated username that was emailed to you (or posted to your home) before clicking on “First connection/Forgot password” to personalise your password.
  • Complete the screen by entering the amount of your subscription for each payment method you have chosen.  
  • Confirm. A confirmation email will be sent to you automatically. 
     
    You can change your subscription online until midnight on 24 November 2024. 
    Only your last confirmed subscription will be considered.

Cases of early release

Your investment is subject to a 5-year lock-up period, except in the event of an early release as stipulated by law and mentioned in the local supplement available on the “Useful documents” page.

If the offer is oversubscribed

If the total demand for Thales shares under this offer (including the matching contribution) is greater than the number of shares on offer, i.e. 600,000 or the expected amount for this €31 million transaction (including the discount and matching contribution), the largest subscriptions will be reduced (including the matching contribution where applicable) so that the total effective demand matches the number of shares available.

  • Vous bénéficiez du prix de souscription décoté dans les mêmes conditions que les salariés (application de la décote de 20%). 
  • Vous ne bénéficiez pas du versement de l’abondement sur vos versements (conformément à la réglementation en vigueur). 
  • Vous pouvez participer à l’offre uniquement via prélèvement bancaire, qui sera effectué le 6 janvier 2025.
