Thales shares are listed on Euronext Paris, and the company joined the CAC 40 index in June 2019. Backed by its commitment to a low-carbon future, Thales was also included in the Euronext Paris CAC SBT 1.5° index in September 20233.

DIVIDENDS BY SHARE

Over the past few years, Thales has paid an instalment on dividends at the end of each year and the balance after the Annual General Meeting, where the accounts for the year in question have been approved (except for the dividends distributed in 2020 in relation to the 2019 financial year, due to the Covid-19 crisis).


Under the rules of FCPEs invested in company shares (or employee shareholding funds), any dividends paid to the FCPE are reinvested in Thales shares.

Employee shareholding

As of 31 December 2023, employees held 2.91% of Thales’s’ share capital and 3.84% of the voting rights, either directly or through Fonds Communs de Placement d’Entreprise (FCPE or Employee Shareholding Funds).


Thales regularly proposes employee shareholding offers: SharingThales 2024 is the 12th plan since the privatisation of the company in 1998. Employees from 36 countries can take part.


Thales has won a number of awards in recent years for the quality of its employee shareholding governance. In particular, an employee shareholder, nominated by the Supervisory Board of the main FCPE, represents employee shareholders on the Thales Board of Directors and is a member of its Strategy Committee.
